Marhaban ya Romadhon

Nowaday, we, all moslem people welcoming our holy month, Romadhon. As a javanese with full of traditional ceremony, one of welcoming romadhon tradition is celebrating this moment with preparing special cake calls APEM

this cake made from rice flour, fermented cassava and coconut milk plus of course sugar and a bit of salt. mix all ingredience. Let the mixture in a warm condition about 4-5 hours, and then bake
